MONTHLY FEES
There are none! We don't charge you any monthly fees for transactions!
ANNUAL FEES
Your membership fee is $3600 a year and discounted to $3000 if it's paid upfront. The annual fee can also be paid monthly or through your first 2-3 transactions.
TRANSACTION FEES
We charge a $250 per file transaction fee to cover E&O insurance ($175) and compliance ($75). This fee is capped at 40 transactions, so you never pay more than $10,000 a year.
SET UP FEE
You are charged an initial fee of $99 when you join, which covers your technology onboarding, a marketing package, and a swag bag full of Agentcor gear.
IN HOUSE TC FEES
Our awesome in-house transaction coordinator charges $250 per transaction side and $350 for double ended deals. Use of this service is optional for experienced agents and required for a minimum of 3 transactions for newer agents.
PRINTER FEES
Each agent has access to full color printing to help with all marketing needs. We give you 100 free copies each month, then bill you $.10 per print after that.
OFFICE RENTAL FEES
Mobile agents are always free to use any open station at our office, but if you'd like a private office, prices range from $500-750 per month.
HIGH VALUE PROPERTIES
Transactions with a sales price of $1,000,000 shall incur an additional $100 E&O transaction fee and a further additional $100 E&O transaction fee upon reaching and/or surpassing every million dollar increase thereafter.
COMMERCIAL SPLITS
Agents that participate in commercial transactions pay a transaction fee of 5% of earned commission to the brokerage, which covers E&O and the compliance fee.
Any unlisted fees are the responsibility of the agent, including those related to a transaction
(e.g. misc. bank fees, wire transfer fees, MLS fees, etc.).
