We believe what makes Agentcor so special is the culture we create within our real estate office. We focus on building strong personal relationships with each of our agents through in-depth on boarding, social networking events and fun videos in which agent involvement is encouraged. MONTHLY EVENTS
We love to host fun networking & family events to get to know our agents and allow them to get to know each other. Being able to spend time together outside of work is a great way for us to remain a tight knit community and keep our culture thriving.
TOP AGENT INCENTIVES
Each month a championship belt is passed to the agent that closes the most transactions and the agent that sells the most in volume. Likewise, the team and the group that produce the most get a trophy that is also passed each month to the next top producing team and group.
MODERN OFFICE SPACE
Not only do we have two prime office locations, but our sleek & modern style will make you feel like you've stepped into the future. Come in and work from any open area or rent your own private office or cubicle space for a monthly cost. Conference rooms are also available to reserve on a first come, first serve basis and our offices are equipped with easy access wifi & printing stations.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
We believe the most organic way to grow our brokerage is by word of mouth and direct referrals. So to reward our agents for referring others to join, we've set in place a program which allows one agent's annual membership fee to be waived after their 5th referral!

ANNUAL HOLIDAY BASH
Aside from our monthly social events, we throw our biggest party in December to celebrate the holidays and the New Year! We ask our guests to bring toy donations which are then given to hundreds of local children in need, in exchange for entry into the event where they can let loose, mingle and dance the night away!
LEXUS CAR GIVEAWAY
As a way to give back to our agents, we created a Lexus giveaway, won by random draw at our annual Holiday Bash. To receive an entry, all they need to do is refer another agent to the brokerage. Each agent referral equals one entry. It's as simple as that!
